There’s good reason why downtown Sarasota is known as Florida’s Cultural Coast.

With over 30 art galleries, you’ll need to stop at one of the many restaurants for refueling. Art Uptown, a long-standing local art gallery is a prime example of the high-quality art, which is easily accessible to art lovers.

With seven major museums in Sarasota, art lovers have plenty to satisfy their thirst for visual talent. John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art is more than an art museum. During the summer months, the Museum hosts art festivals, and every day throughout the year, art connoisseurs are graced with the chance to tour and discover new talent.
